Monday Monday Monday

The whole house is asleep except me. I'd rather tackle all the dishes tonight and straighten up, so I can chill with the baby when I'm not working tomorrow. I've gotten used to being so clean from all the open houses, that it stresses me to have it messy. If I'm thankful for anything from annoying house showings it's that! My house still gets messy, just not as bad as before! We were kinda lazy before the baby and then once the baby came we got REALLY lazy about dishes and cleaning. Oh man. I don't even know how we lived like that!! Dishes piled everywhere..... Oiy! My home making/housewife skills have definitely improved! Yay me! :D Todd is great at helping too when he's home. I didn't forget about you babe! <3 Today was super busy and spent prepping for a meeting tonight with someone who was a no show.... So Frustrating!! Spent all afternoon prepping for it. Even though I work from home, and am still around my baby, and taking care of him, it just stinks when I know the quality of that time could be SO much better. I am definitely a "quality time" love language individual. I know he just likes being next to me even if I'm working but tomorrow I want to spend more purposeful 101 time with my favorite 9 month old. ;) He is growing up so much!! In the last two weeks he has gone from only rolling to crawling, standing up against anything he can pull himself up on such as the couch, his crib, chairs and anything in reach, and is walking along the side of the couch as of today. He hasn't mastered the hands and knees crawl and I'm not sure if he will. He is a pro army crawler and gets around VERY fast this way. Im exhausted at night from keeping up with him. He hardly ever sits still. His favorite things to try to do is get into the dogs food bowl and crawl to the sliding glass door to look for diddy the kitty. He eats really well! He isn't a picky eater which I'm thankful for. He loves spiral pasta, bananas, puffs, pears, and anything he can feed himself. He still eats jar food but he loves finger food and would rather do that. He is such a sweet guy. When he's calm, he loves snuggling with us. I love that! He loves his "guys" stuffed monkey and giraffe. They are his lovies. He has to have them at night. He grabs one in each arm. It's so cute!! He is getting more and more personality by the day. He started growling the other day. Its so funny. He does it when he plays with toys. It sounds like a lion. I don't know where he learned it. Todd thinks it's creepy. I think it's cute! I have pics from our recent family photo shoot that I will post tomorrow. :) here's one from bath time on Saturday. He LOVES his bath!

Ok. I think I'm going to relax now and watch some TV. It's the only time I can watch my chic shows and not have Todd make fun of me or do the "do we have to watch this?" sigh. :P
